10 Reasons to Buy at the Apple Store

Last year, as a special report for Apple Tech Talk, Bilal Imtiaz gave 10 reasons why you should buy Apple products and buy them from the Apple Store.

With the holiday shopping season is in full swing. And with so much competition for your holiday shopping dollars, it may get confusing where to purchase that new Apple product for that special someone on your list. So we thought it would be a good idea to explain again, why it’s a good idea to buy your Apple products at an Apple Store.

It’s easy to understand the global appeal of Apple Stores if you explore more than just a market for Apple products.

We live in a digital age, and nothing better testifies to this than the desire of all of us to shop from Amazon. The convenience of online shopping has eliminated a lot of brick-and-mortar in-store shopping—except for Apple stores.

But on the other hand, the Apple Store is not just a store – it’s an experience. Whether it’s because of Apple’s unique style, the ease of use of Apple products, or just the longevity of Apple products when it comes to technology, Apple is king. And it looks like Apple will retain its crown for a while. Here are ten reasons you should buy Apple products and from the Apple Store.

1. Offer Excellent Customer Service and In-store Experiences

Apple simplifies product SKUs, so shoppers in stores know the products well. Note that when you walk into an Apple store and are greeted by one of the salespeople, you don’t ask, “How can I help you?” Instead, they ask, “What do you want to do today?”

And once you explain your needs, in most cases, they will take care of it on the spot. Or, if you need more information, they’ll hand you over to Apple Product Specialists. No wonder 50% of people who buy Apple products already know Apple. Apple products are easy to understand and use, but if you run into problems, Apple can quickly resolve them in their stores or over the phone.

2. No Pushing People to Buy

Unlike other stores you’ve come across, Apple stores don’t push customers into a particular design. You can walk around, check groceries, check your email on your iPad, and go without buying anything. Unlike other stores that ask customers not to touch the products until they buy, Apple stores keep people engaged in their products.

3. One Thing Leads to Another

Apple Stores are there for you to pop in wanting to check out the iPod, continue looking at the Mac before using the iPhone, and then ask about the Apple Watch. You can be in the store for a long time, and if you want to buy, you will go with an Apple product.

4. Safe & Secure

Apple products are considered very safe and protected from all fraudsters and pirates. But it is not like that. At first, when not many people used macOS, it was safe. But as the number of users increased, hackers started paying more attention. But only some know this, and people still believe that Apple products are far from any security risk. You can add many good apps to your security.

5. Because You Can Still Use Windows

Apple has made it possible to use Microsoft Windows and macOS on the same computer. This is due to “virtualization,” which allows us to use multiple operating systems on Apple computers. John Hatfield, Associate Director of the Museum of Modern Art, said Apple provided the perfect solution by making it possible to use Windows on a Mac. The New Manhattan Museum adopted the Apple Mac after replacing its previous system. Many other organizations switched to Mac after this feature was introduced.

6. Purchasing an Apple Feels Good

An apple is pleasant to the touch and gives a feeling of almost invincibility! This feeling is further enhanced by the friendliness of Apple stores to customers, especially when buying new products. When the first version of the iPhone came out, Apple stores in the US applauded all customers who purchased an iPhone. Customers appreciate the feeling of recognition.

7. Apple Products Have Excellent Resale Value

Apple products are not known for being cheap, but they can be a bargain. They say that one person’s trash is another’s treasure. Even as you prepare to say goodbye to that iPhone you bought years ago, someone else might be ready to say hello to it. The iPhone and MacBook are known for retaining their value more than a comparable Android phone or Windows computer.

Even older Apple products can cost money. The news that Apple has discontinued the iPod has caused prices to rise in the consumer electronics market. If you have a first-generation iPod or an original iPhone in mint condition, you can trade it for thousands of dollars.

There is also a growing number of Apple product collectors. Ten-year-old Apple computers can fetch thousands of dollars at auctions. If you keep your Apple products for a long time, they may end up paying for themselves and more.

8. The Apple Promise

Apple remains about two years ahead of its competitors. This is what scares Apple’s competitors the most. While those who compete with Apple sell products in competing markets, Apple has been working on products for at least two years. This is a nightmare for Apple’s competitors and will continue for some time to come.

9. Store Stands Out

Apple stores are usually located in prominent locations in the city. It is hard to miss because it is beautiful and exciting, with glass displays to show their products to customers. Some Apple stores have magnificent architecture and even decorative lighting. Apple has successfully applied its product design philosophy to retail.

Apple also invited many customers to the stores to try new products and services. This is a big plus when people shop online and get product information on their laptops.

10. There’s a Lot to Love About Apple

Apple products may be costly, but millions of people around the world continue to choose Apple. Buying from Apple means you get a product with a beautiful design and easy-to-use software that you can use for years.

Apple isn’t perfect, but it has some good stuff that will last a long time. Even if you’re not an iPhone user, you can’t deny that Apple has much to like.

The Bottom Line

Apple is a well-respected company in technology and the absolute sense. It remains the largest company in the world, based on market cap, currently valued at over two trillion dollars. Part of that success is due to the fact that shopping in an Apple Store is an experience.
