Today At Apple

Between new product launches and people heading off to school or a new job, this is the time of year when a lot of people are buying Apple products. And whether you are replacing old Apple hardware or you are new to the Apple ecosystem, there is always something new to learn. Whether you’re a novice or a pro, young or old, you should check out Today at Apple.

What Is Today at Apple?

Today at Apple was announced on April 25, 2017 and yet, many people don’t know about it.

The idea behind Today at Apple is to share the knowledge of Apple experts with Apple product owners. Whether it’s understanding how macOS is different from Windows, how to use your new iPhone, how to use the camera to get professional results, create the next great song in GarageBand or jumpstart your career by learning how to code the next killer program, Today at Apple is a great resource.

Here’s what Apple said when they released Today at Apple:

“At the heart of every Apple Store is the desire to educate and inspire the communities we serve,” said Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s senior vice president, Retail. “‘Today at Apple’ is one of the ways we’re evolving our experience to better serve local customers and entrepreneurs. We’re creating a modern-day town square, where everyone is welcome in a space where the best of Apple comes together to connect with one another, discover a new passion, or take their skill to the next level. We think it will be a fun and enlightening experience for everyone who joins.”

Today at Apple sessions are hosted by Apple employees and creative professionals, depending on the topic and the intended level of the participants. Sessions are usually 60 – 90 minutes depending on the topic.

Best of all, Today at Apple is free, and it doesn’t matter where you purchased your Apple product, or whether it’s old or new. Today at Apple is open to everyone.

Today at Apple is available in every Apple Store around the globe and the schedule of classes vary so check your favorite location to see what sessions are scheduled.
