Marketcircle, makers of Daylite, the Mac-powered CRM for small businesses to handle more clients, close more deals and for better team collaboration, is proud to offer its enhanced sync system to customers.
The newly updated sync system is designed to manage more users and larger datasets ensuring that even under the heaviest of loads collaboration continues smoothly ensuring team productivity remains high.
“With more businesses settling into work-from-home practices, we want to ensure they have the tools to thrive,” said Alykhan Jetha, Marketcircle CEO. “Our development teams continue to innovate to offer the most efficient, dynamic and high-performance CRM to serve our customers as their businesses grow. These changes will allow us to scale to meet increased demand and serve bigger organizations, especially those with remote workforces who rely on collaboration.”
A recent survey of four thousand work-from-home employees found the majority of those surveyed in California (63%), New York (57%), Pennsylvania (79%) and many other states have never actually met their colleagues in-person (source). Another recent report found that 85% of customer service agents want to work full-time from home and not return to the office (source); further reinforcing that the remote workforce as well as hybrid models aren’t going anywhere.
“Our goal at Daylite is to make collaboration among colleagues effortless and productive no matter where they are, so employees feel empowered and connected,” said Jetha. “We were ahead of our time with Daylite which was originally designed when colleagues needed to collaborate from different locations within their offices. We are now enhancing that foundation to make people feel more connected than ever, even when they are thousands of miles apart.”
Beyond the aforementioned sync system enhancements, Daylite has also added new features to increase ease-of-use, collaboration, and productivity including the ability to send mail attachments, improved phone number formatting, and tappable links.
New mail attachment feature: Allows customers to add file attachments or inline images to emails when composing email in Daylite Mail on an iPhone or iPad.
International phone number formatting: Daylite now automatically detects and formats international phone numbers, which was previously only available for North American numbers. Daylite now formats numbers according to where customers are located.
All of these enhancements are designed to help businesses scale ‘stability and ability’. The updates are active now for current customers, and ready for new companies looking to grow with more sales, better productivity, instant team collaboration, and by managing more clients. What can we expect from Marketcircle in the next 6 months?
We see an increasing usage of iPhones and iPads for more business. Previously, with these devices, you could only access a little bit of information, but what we’re noticing now with the bigger devices is that people want to be able to do even more heavy-duty work on their devices. That’s one of the things that we’re committed to enabling.
There was a bit of a dip in this trend when people were working from home and the desktop became more important again, but we were well positioned for that. Now that travel is resuming and life is coming back to normal, we see more people wanting to take some of those capabilities back into the mobile space.
What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
In a former life, we were a consulting company and struggled with the same things most businesses do – keeping track of relationships and commitments. So we began building a tool that could help us get organized and thrive. After a trip to MacWorld and a run-in with an Apple employee, we were encouraged to sell our tool and that’s how Daylite was born. For more information visit Marketcircle.com
